Trane XR80 water leaking

So I havent used my AC for a little while but today was a little warm so my wife turned on the AC. I noticed some water(not a ton) leaking through my wall into my garage and a little in my laundry room down in the basement. My inside unit has a Diveritech condensate pump next to it with PVC going to it and the XR80 unit on top and a rubber clear tube that appears full of water going from the AC to the pump as well.. I looked outside next to my AC unit to find this condensate line people keep talking about cleaning and didn't see one. The problem with what most people are saying is a clogged drain line. Any ideas of how to clean this line or where the line to the outide might be?

Update

I checked the other end of the clear hose and it is just cut and open to atmosphere... is this my condensate drain and and does it probably need a clean? If so, its about .5 - 1 inch in size
