I see you are from Florida. If you are close to the coast, aluminum will corrode quickly due to the corrosive salt air.
Really good aluminum is generally better than really poor copper. Really good copper is a whole lot better than really poor aluminum. You will have to be a little more specific for a recommendation here.

If you are posting about evaporator coils, I would prefer aluminum.
If you are talking about condenser coils, I would base my decision on something other than copper or aluminum. A Copeland Scroll compressor with an unloader over a Bristel 2 speed, who is offering a better warranty, or most importantly, quality of installations should be considered.
