Carrier AC Unit

I need to replace the A-coil for my Carrier AC unit. The HVAC tech said I could find one cheaper and he would install it. The AC unit's model number is 38eb030311. The A-coil's model number is 28ar030021. How many ton is my unit? It uses r22. Any suggestions on a replacement part? Cased or uncased?

Thanks!
Mark

You are much better off in the long run to consider replacing the entire a/c system.
