Lennox Elite A/C Unit Not working

Thanks in advance for your help.

My Lennox Elite unit (about two years old) is not cooling the house. Here's what I have observed:
- Coils on outside unit have ice on them. I turned off unit and allowed ice to thaw (couple of hours). When I turned the unit back, still no cooling of home.
- I'm not feeling any air blowing out of vents.
- When I go into attic, I have a noise, like the unit is struggling.
- Also, I think the power to the entire home may have been out for a couple of hours yesterday.

Could it be my blower? If so, how can I fix.
Do I need to allow more time for unit to thaw?

sounds like the indoor coil may be frozen over still. This is caused by low air flow or low refrigerant charge. After the coils have thawed you can check for low air flow by checking the filter, coil, and blower operation. Refrigerant level can be checked by an EPA certified technician.
