New AC installed - water build up inside???

Just installed 25,000 BTU Frigidaire model # lra257st2

My daughters AC on the second floor is dripping into this one a little bit and I am getting ready to route that water away from this unit. However I noticed that water lays on the bottom of the tray in the rear of my new unit right in front of the fan and covering the copper tubes.

Is this normal? Is the angle of my unit as seen below okay as well?

Please offer any thoughts?

Yes......some AC's hold the water and it gets splashed up onto the condensor coils for additional cooling. Those coils are of copper and also use the water to reduce heat.

I always make sure my window AC's are pitched slightly downward on the outside so that water can not run into the house.
