Blower wont shut off

Hello, new here. Hope you all can help.

I have a Goodman GMP075-3 and the blower runs all the time even w/ the
stat off. LED blinks contineous and before this happend it was running fine.

Just one day it decided to keep the blower running.

I have checed it for loose wires but all is ok there. It did have the condensation line clogged and water was below the blower housing but did not notice any
wetness on the board or wires.

HELP

does the blower stop if you remove the thermostat from the subbase? IF so, then bad stat, if no, then go to furnace control board and remove wire from the G terminal. If stops, then short to power on G wire, If continues to run it is likely failed control board or a failed limit in the furnace.
