Fan stopped spinning and at a brick wall

I bought a replacement motor, starter cap, and still when the AC is turn on, the fan doesn't spin. Cold air is coming into the house but not much. I checked the voltage coming from the thermostat and it shows 24V. The energized switch is closing when ac is on and I measured 120V from chassis to both Line terminals. It is an airflow system and I'm lost. Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.

Welcome to the forums.

Check the wiring where it connects to the control box inside the furnace/air handler....... look for terminal G. It should have a green wire on it. Try touching a jumper wire from the G terminal to the R terminal and see if that starts the fan. If you have the blower door off you will need to hold the safety switch in.

If the blower starts you have a thermostat problem or the wiring going to it.

Problem solved. One of the 30A fuses was blown. There was so much paint covering the box that it was difficult to open.
