Carrier Window AC only buzzing humming noise

My 12000BTU Carrier Window AC just stopped working today. I noticed before it stopped that the blower seemed to slow down, and cold air just stopped coming out. I noticed the wall plug was half out and half in so that might have had something to do with breaking it.

Now when I try to turn it on the blower fan refuses to start, and I just hear this humming buzzing noise. I can spin the fan freely, but all thats left is a buzzing noise. Anyone know what could be wrong?

Here's the model no and info

I have seen swollen capacitors cause this on the Carrier ptac style units before.
They don't always swell on top when they failed but they always require replacement when they swell.

Do you happen to know what type of capacitor i need to get? Also where it might be located, or how it might look like?

That model number doesn't show up on Carrier's site.

If you feel like posting more pictures, I might be able to point you in the right direction.

I just bought a new Air conditioner, but it's only 6400 BTU and doesnt cool the room as fast at the Carrier. I'll go ahead and open up the Carrier and take pictures of it inside
