Need to replace my climatemaster 816 series with something else...

Hello all,
I have a condo in a highrise building and my unit is equipped with 2 Climate Master VHS series on each floor. I am very unhappy with these units are very fragile and always break down and lock up for different reasons such as low water flow, on and on and on and i am getting sick of spending thousands of $$ to keep them running. The building was built in 2003. I just would like to replace them with something better and more economical units. What would you recommend? Thanks for your input..

I can recommend this model ThermozoneŽ AD 400 A/E/W I bought it in www.centrumklima.co.uk because I live in London now, but I'm pretty sure you can get it in US as well.

Air curtains are available here but they wouldn't be used to replace a water source heat pump.

Waterfurnace , Florida Heat pump and Bosch might be some water source heat pumps that you can look into.

Low water flow will trip any geo unit.
