1997 carrier 5 ton rtu no power to thermostat after replacing many parts

Recently had a tornado that struck near my hotel and lightning struck the 5 ton unit,i replaced transformer,contactor,circuit board,fan and fan starter,capacitors and all fuses, i can pushn in contactor and get compressor fan motor to kick on but i m still not receiving a screen on my downstairs thermostat any suggestions?
oh,the thermostat is good btw.I m getting no power to thermostat.

Check the R terminal in the RTU. Make sure you have 24V.

Just too expand..... check from R to C for 24vac.

thanks guys will give that a shot and update you,i hope its something simple i'd hate to run new wiring lol.
