No cold air. Outside unit blowing cold air.

Model Trane XB 10

Last week freon was added, and the lines were cleaned. I called a tech out because the coils were freezing and the unit was not cooling.

Here are the facts:

Freon Recharged
New Air Filter
Air Handler / Fan is working
Thermostat battery is new
Yesterday the unit was working fine.

Checked outside unit for frozen lines or coil and its not.

The tech checked wiring and capacitor and it was fine then.. What can the issue be? Thanks in advance.

If refrigerant was added, then there must be a leak somewhere. Did the technician attempt to find/repair the leak? Is the outside unit running (compressor and condenser fan)?
