Bad contactor?

So my A/C System stopped blowing cool air today and noticed the condenser unit outside wasn't working and i felt like it wasn't getting power. After doing some researched i checked the voltages coming into the unit. The results are seen below.

Is this pretty much 100% indication that the contactor has gone bad? Is there any other sort of test I can preform to ensure it isn't anything else?

Thanks!

Sweet Thanks! I just cleaned out the contractor with some elbow grease and acetone and that seem to have done the trick Time to cancel the technician who was suppose to come in two days!

Hey Geekbox, I would go ahead and buy a new one and keep at the ready. Sounds like the contacts are pitted.

An intermittent contactor will kill a compressor. Replace the contactor ASAP.

I paid $13 for that relay, so get it and replace.
It is a good idea to check capacitors, I got a tester from ebay for $15
