HELP! Air unit not blowing!

I have a heat pump for heat and cooling. The fan was on. Then it wasn't. Then it came on again. Now it won't come on at all. Duct work is all attached. Thermostat clicks, but no air. Please help. I'm a single lady with little money.

Does the outdoor unit run without the indoor fan when this occurs?

Do you see any ice or water at the indoor unit?

Indoor fan?

The only fan I see is outside. Large unit outside. Thermostat inside.

So the fan outside is giving trouble? Is the inside fan running?

Inside fan may be up in the attic. you won't see it unlees you go up there. But we can tell if air (either warm or cold) blows into the room.

The outside fan in the unit comes on. There is no attic. It's a double-wide. Outside unit is connected to round silver duct work that goes to each room. There is a return vent in the house. No air is blowing through the vents. No air in any rooms.

Check the breaker(s) and look around your package unit for chewed thermostat wiring.

Good news! HVAC guy said unit is under 10 year warranty. They'll fix it tomorrow! Thanks to everyone who tried to help!

Do you have 10 year parts and labor or parts only?
