A/C keeps turning off, small copper cold and wet
Hello all, I live in a new townhouse (less than a year old). A couple of days ago my thermostat just turned off and it got very hot inside. I reset all of the breakers and put new batteries in the thermostat and it started working again. The next day the AC stopped again but the thermostat stayed on blinking "cool on". I cleaned the drain pipe, changed the filter, and the AC still keeps running for a little while then turning off. I realized today when it stopped that the small copper pipe coming from the indoors unit is very cold and wet, and if I'm not mistaking it should not be either. Does anyone have any ideas on why this would be happening and what I can do?
Thank you
