AC not cooling efficently

That's how I feel about now. I have A 12 year old Payne heat pump that isn't cooling efficiently anymore. I have checked duct work and vents for obstructions, pressures are 75 low side and around 225 and 250 high side. AH blower is new and set on high. I have good air flow from the vents and good clearance from the doors to pull the air. It's just not cooling the apartment. What could be wrong?

Is this a R22 or 410a system? If it's R22 those numbers are OK. If 410a those numbers are low.

What are the indoor supply-air register temps & indoor relative humidity & outdoor condenser discharge air temps plus outdoor temp?

We need those temp-splits...

@225-psig the condenser discharge air temp should be around 110F; @250-psig around 119F. What was the outdoor temp?

Provide those temps & indoor humidity...
