Need help with capacitors

I'm in need of a new capacitor so I order one online and it seemed it was the identical one. Once it arrived I noticed slight difference and I was hoping someone can help me understand if this is the same one. I've attached 2 pictures first one is the old capacitor and the other one is the new one. So on my old capacitor it says under 80uf +3 -3% and the new one is +6 -6%. What does this mean and could I put this on ? Thank you for all the help!

Your new cap is fine.

If you were to measure the two capacitors the new one might measure 6 percent over or under specs. The old cap would have measured closer when it was new.

Some caps list plus or minus 10% and they would still be okay for HVAC use.
