Wiring Diagram Assitance

Need to see if anyone has a wiring diagram for the following Carrier Magic Aire Air Handler Model 38CK 024310 , 24-BHX-3-A. Trying to troubleshoot and see why I cant get blower to engage. Tried new thermostat, still no blower, changed contactors, still nothing. Checked low voltage transformer and it reads 40 volts when not wired into system but when i wire to system it drops to 18 volts, so I am assuming short somewhere or relay bad. Also when i engage contactors manually blower works. BTW this is different system than the last one a had questions on.

18 Volts won't pull the relays in. Replace transformer.

There probably is no wiring diagram from Magic Aire. I buy those units regularly and install a fan center or a transformer and contactor on the job site.

Recheck the primary voltage to your transformer and your color choice for that voltage.

The transformer is wired 110, i changed the transformer for a known good one from another idnetical air handler and the result is the same no blower. Let me make sure I am going in the right direction as far as operation. Turn on blower switch send signal to relay that in turns closes the circuit to the low volt contactor whcih energizes the mganetic field, which comes from the transformner and sucks the contactor in to close the circuit and energize blower. But when i change relays with known good relays still nothing.

You want 24 to 27 volts AC.
40 volts indicates that something is wrong. Maybe your meter?
Can your meter measure 24 volts on the working unit?

Does your Magic Aire have a fan center or separate transformer and relay?

No no fan center and the volts on transformer are 26, helps to have meter set right.
