AC working intermittently,and poorly

My 2 ton r22 unit is acting up. It shut down completely 2 days ago, running but no cooling of inside air and outside unit was blowing ambient air out top. Lines felt the same temp. So I shut down the unit and called a tech. The AC guy arrived the next morning. We turned on the unit and it was working moderately.
85 degree ambient outside temp.
Low side pressure 45 psig,
high side 190 psig,
inside air ambient 78,
vent temp 66.
When he disconnected the pressure gauges both valves were leaking, he pulled on them and managed to get them to close.
2 days later the unit isn't keeping up and performing even worse. I took several readings this morning.
Inside ambient air 81.5
Inside vent air 74.8
Outside ambient air 89.2
Outside fan air 101.7
Suction line temp 77.2
High side line temp 96.0
Low side pressure 28 psig
High side pressure 215 psig

Low side line also appeared to be wet, so I felt it and it was oily not water condensation, so I think the valve may still be leaking. Took cap off and there was no O ring so I put one in. Any suggestions?

First thing would be to find a new tech. If the shrader valves are leaking, he should have replaced them. You are only getting 12 degrees temp difference across the A coil. Did he say anything about subcooling? Just by your numbers you are low on refrigerant.
