Condensate Drain rerouting

To make a long story short somehow my condensate line came apart inside a two story wall where they decided to connect two sections of pvc without gluing it. After spending an hour trying to get them connected again I've given up hope. What's my best course of action on a two story house to run new condensate pipe. I live in Georgia and the condensate always just runs into the yard. Is there a better way to run it besides hole in the attic/wall then run two stories of pipe down the exterior of the house to the ground? And if that's the best option any way to hide the pipe so it doesn't stand out so much besides painting?

Run it out the soffit and let it drain into a gutter.

Is that up to code if I ever sell the house? The downsspout would be an easy spot for me to connect to.
