Condenser coming on but not cooling the air

I have an Intertherm 3 ton (model# dtsb-036ka) and it was working fine, couple days ago it stoppped blowing cold air. I went out to check it and found that a frog had fried himself between the compacitor and contact box. I bought a new compacitor and replaced the wire that goes from the compacitor to the contact box and that did not fix the problem. I then bought a new contact box and still no good. I took the fan off and checked the wires to the condenser and they look fine. The condenser comes on but the pipe that should get cold doesn't. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks from hot Orl Fl.
EDIT: just noticed that the condenser/compressor shuts off after about a minute.

There are two main electrical components in the outside unit, the compressor and the condenser fan. You should be able to tell if the compressor is running by the sound and you can see the fan near the top of the unit. Are both running?

It seems when the compressor gets hot it shuts off. Could be 5 min or 1 min or not turn on at all because its already hot from me turning it on and off to try different things.

If it was a dual capacitor post the color = terminal combination that you used.

Are you sure of that model number?

The compacitor has 3 posts on top, common, herm, and fan. yellow wire from common to contact box blue wire from fan to fan, red wire from herm to fan, and orange wire from common to compressor. Don't know if this is whats your asking?
