X13 ECM to PSC motor conversion

I have a GE X13 230V 1/3 hp 2.0 amp evaporator motor that has died. I am pretty sure can be changed to a PSC application. The main difference with mine , is that I dont have the board in my air handler. I believe it is all in the motor. That being said, how do i wire up the PSC motor, not having a board to put the blue wire to? I know i need the motor, and capacitor, but what kind of relay? and how do i wire it up? thanks, in advance.

I recommend replacing it with another ecm x13 motor if you cannot even find the control board.
