what is the best cooling & heating system for a very small house?

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I'd like your opinions about AC/heat options for a 400 sf guest house in Texas that has two separate rooms (kitchen/living and bedroom. I don't care if the bathroom is directly cooled). Currently it has a window unit that doesn't condition the whole place efficiently, and I also don't like how it looks.

Regular HVAC: There is zero interior space for a regular system. Do they even come that small?

Mini-split: Would it cool three separate rooms better than the window AC?

The ceilings are sloped. What I'd really like is a DUCTED mini-split system so I could run one small exposed rigid duct along the ceiling apex from the unit in the bedroom to the kitchen.

Any thoughts?

Thank you!
Cheese

Sounds like ductless is the way to go.
