Control board fuse keeps blowing

Don't mean to kick up old threads but i have kind of the same issue except reversed.
I have a Trane XL80 and my 3A fuse only pops when my heater is turned on. AC will run without popping it. It's been running since Oct. and now all of a sudden it's doing it again. I've tried a few things from someone who used to do HVAC but nothing was solved. It had done this before but i thought i had solved the issue, but its back. so any help would be appreciated.

I would snap a picture or 2 of the thermostat wire connections, unwire and remove all thermostat wires from the furnace, then place a jumper wire between furnace R and W to prove if the problem is inside of the furnace.
