AC split, problems with the outside unite

Hello.
I have a Sharp AE-X099E AC.
I am having problems lately with the out side unit.
Some times it works, but most of the times it doesnt.
When it works, at some point, it does a sound like the turbo of a car
when accelerating and then it stops.
After that it wont start again
I have opened the outside unit, turned the power on and it makes a tsik
noise the fan starts working and then the same noise again, after 5 secs
and it stops.
Some times, rarely though, the fan will keep turning on, but there isnt that
hamming or buzzing noise. You could say it sounds like whistling also .
After that the orange timer light flashes once every second. You can
leave it like that for hours and it will keep flashing.
The only way to stop it since turning it off and then on again doesnt do the
trick, is to unplug it and then plug it again.
From what i have read here it might be a capacitor problem.
If its a capacitor problem, i cant find the same one, and im looking for hours now.
The specs for the one it has now its:
Nichicon CE 85 degrees C
1N (M)
1500uF 420 WV.
It has 4 pins.

Do you think its a capacitor problem, and if it is where i can find a replacement,
or could you give me the specs for another brand that could work in my AC?

Thank you in advance

I checked a couple of times if i have noted right the capacitor's data,
Although i noted down Michicon and not Nichicon that i could only find online but i will go open the outside unit again to take a photo as you asked.

what other ones may be compatible.

That actual cap may be very hard to find. I can point you towards working replacements but they might not be the same exact size and they have screw terminals instead of push on clips.
Be careful... this cap will give you a wallup.

LNU2H152MSEG Nichicon | Mouser

None found at exactly 420volts. The voltage can be higher as long as the capacity is the same.
