Rheem AC not working

Model #RAHE-036JAS is not cooling. Contactor is receiving 24v from thermostat and pulling down. Voltage is present going into and out of contactor. Capacitor tested as good. Neither the compressor nor fan are even trying to operate as far as being able to see or hear anything from the two. Whats my next step? Thanks for any assistance.

How did you test the capacitor?

uF between terminals. There's three terminals on top. One is supposed to be 40uf and the other 3uf. Both were within the +-6% tolerance.

Some Rheem's have a high pressure switch that can be reset.

Skaggsje, the OP mentioned that the contactor is working (pulling down and voltage at output), so it's unlikely that the high pressure switch needs to be reset (since that would prevent the contactor from pulling down.

Patriot, when you measured the voltage coming out of the contactor, did you measure across the two output terminals, or just from each terminal to ground? If the contactor is a single pole switch/relay, you'll measure 120VAC from either side to ground, although you would measure 0V across the two terminals. If you do have 240VAC across the output terminals of the contactor, you need to check the wiring from the contactor output to the compressor & fan. You may have a loose wire.
