No power to thermostat after installing Nest thermostat.

I installed a nest thermostat without much luck. Everything worked as far as connect ing it to my WiFi and temp settings but said that it was not receiving power to thermostat.
I did some research and found a blown 3amp fuse on the unit which I replaced.
Still does not work. AND old thermostat doesn't work either.
Please help! Thank you, Dying in Texas.

I'm a little confused.... how could the thermostat connect to your WiFi if it had no power ?

Is this a simple A/C system or a heat pump setup ?
If you tell us what color wires were connected to which terminals on the old thermostat we can go from there.

You may need a meter to check for 24vac between the R and C terminals at the air handler.
