Blower fan won't shut off
About a year ago while running my a/c the fan on my older amana furnace, It has a white rodgers 50a51-215 board started to run full time.
it showed a code (heat called for none detected) was told i needed a new board
new board worked fine till last week same story only no code.At that time i noticed water in the area of the board from a plugged drain and assumed
the water was killing the board.
today put a new board on same story.is their something else that can kill these things or should i just give the go ahead on a six thousand dollar bid that i got
last week.yea stuff is expensive in California.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Amana hmmmm here is what I would probably do first. If a split system you need to disconnect the white tstat wire from the outside unit to the air handler. Do that and get back on here (if that works) and I will tell you what your problem is and exactly what to do about it.

I changed the title to better represent your problem.
These control boards are fairly reliable but they don't like water.
I would doubt your problem has anything to do with outside wiring.
You just put in a brand new board and the LED is doing nothing ?
With many control boards... an open or intermittent safety stat in the furnace can cause the fan to run.
Things you can try....
Be sure there is +/- 24vac on the R and C terminals.
Try disconnecting the G terminal wire.
Actually.... disconnect the R terminal wire as that will take the thermostat out of the equation.

Well we have air again Thank you to all who replied.
Turns out the new board is good. My neighbor put in a jumper
so we could turn on the blower manually and allow the thermostat
to cycle the system.when i replaced the board i neglected to take
out the jumper.wired the board correctly and back in business
I believe it was the plugged drain tube that ruined the original board
again Thank you and good day
