Advice on a my setup.

I have a bit of a unique situation Im looking for a little advice from those with a little more expertise than I. First off I am epa certified but my area of expertise is in the automotive field, I have repaired a few refrigerators but this is my first Home a/c venture. so here is my challenge I have a mixed purpose home with about 800 sf storefront, all said around 3400 sf I performed a manual J load calc and came up with 160000 btu heat and 51200 btu cooling. So 4.5 tons should do it I have a 60000 btu furnace with a 2 ton condenser and coil up and operating, i also have a 100000 btu furnace and a 2.5 ton condenser with a 3.5 ton coil. that i'm trying figure out if i can make work. The a coil has a txv so im not necessarily concerned with the mismatch there from what i gather. however i am concerned about my cfm from the furnace it has a 5 ton blower in it and best i can tell on the low speed i would still be north of 1200 cfm 200 cfm higher than the rule of thumb of 400 per ton. now as you can probably tell i have more time than money so is there anyway i can make this work with the equipment i have on hand.
