Air conditioning duct problem, temperature wanted not obtained

[LEFT][LEFT]Hello
Please, I知 a PhD student and i知 working on biological rhythms in large Mammals, we need to artificially set the ambient temperature of the experimental room. We were using air conditioners to fixe ambient temperature on 23ーC and the result was a temperature between 22.5 and 23.5ーC, but the 4 air conditioners (indoor unit) fell together down, even those who were at rest. Air conditioning Company attributed this to the ammonia urine of animals (goats) that produced corrosion of the air conditioning. They offer us an outside air duct.
Now we had installed the air conditioning duct brand Fitco except that by setting the temperature to 23ーC, the temperature is obtained with 5ーC difference, that means a temperature which varies between 20 and 25ーC. and when the thermostat sheath displays for example a temperature of 21ーC, in reality the room is under 24ーC. same problem with warm and cold temperature displayed by the thermostat is different by 5ーC of the true ambient temperature controlled by different thermometers. This difference produces real problem with ambient temperature. This is actually not due to thermostat location, because we changed the thermostat location and the problem persist. We think that the thermostat is insensitive or defective.
Please, what is the cause of the problem? Is it the thermostat? Could we change the thermostat and the control unit?
Thanks a lot for your help

If all the HVAC units are in the same room just put them on one stat.

As suggested, use one stats to control the temperature. Also, get a good digital stats which can control the temperature within 1 degree plus/minus, or if you can find one with smaller range, with 0.5 degree plus/minus even better.
