Help! 410A running constanly and temp will not drop below 75

This is a brand new goodman 410a complete system .
temp set on 70 degrees but the temp inside the room
wont go below 75 and it keep on running and wont stop the entire day.

its 75 degree out today.
410a gauge manifold reading below:
Power OFF: Suction pressure was 200psi and high side of 200psi.
Power ON: Suction pressure was 102psi 38 degrees and high side of 250psi 80 degrees
can it be overcharged?
or need to do a deep deep vaccum? cause I only did it like an hr and half.
Thank you all for reading this and helping.

I don't think we can discuss charges here. You need to find an AC tech to help you. All I can tell you is your numbers are not right.

Because of regulations relating to certification we do not support air-conditioning self installs.
