Replacing very old White Rogers thermostat
Need helps on replacing a very old White Roger Thermostat please!!!
I am going to replace the existing one (picture-1). As you can see the 2nd picture, 4 wires come out from the wall; White, Pink, Orage(?) and Black. The RC and RH are jumped together on the thermos.
The Pink one is connected to the RH.
The White one is connected to the W.

I'm going to buy this one:
https://www.amazon.com/White-Rodgers...YD034WVBQ4RYTK
Here is the manual: http://www.emersonclimate.com/Docume.../0037-7260.pdf
I have a question about the BLACK and the ORANGE ones; how do I connect the 2 wires in the new one?
Appreciated for any helps!!!

Describe your system.... gas furnace with A/C, gas furnace only, electric heat etc.
Your links do not work but almost any stat should work for you.
White - W (for heat)
Pink/red - Rc and Rh (there's a jumper connecting the two together)
Orange - probably Y
Black - probably G
The terminal the wires are connected to are labeled. The orange and black should be labeled. I can see the labels but can't read them clearly in your low res. picture.
Take a flashlight and check them out.
