Condenser: fan and compressor not running

Condenser fan and compressor are not running I do hear a hum and the contacts kick when called to operate but nothing..I did feel some heat from the compressor but could've been just that it's 100 degrees out...

Welcome to the forums.

The contactor is powered from the air handler and thermostat inside.

You may have lost the 240vac power. Try pushing the two pole breaker all the way to off and then back on. After that you're going to need a meter to check for the 240vac at the disconnect.

The contactor may have damaged contacts. If you find the 240v then you'll need to go inside the condensor and inspect the contactor. If you open the condensor.... pull the service disconnect first.

Did you check for 240vac on the load side of the contactor ?

If you hear a load hum then you may have lost a capacitor for the compressor and fan.
