Welcome to the forums.

A 240vac A/C normally does not have neutral present which means nothing runs on 120vac.
The transformer should most likely be 240vac in to 24vac out.

What's the make and model it's used in ?

According to the specs that is a 240v packaged system with gas heat.

That is a 240vac to 24vac transformer.
