does this through wall sleeve have proper drainage?

So I just bought this GE RAB46A through wall sleeve. It only has one drain hole on the left side. Being that the instructions are to make it side to side level, and sloped slightly down, what if water is present on the side without a drain hole? Won't it eventually cause premature rust and wear? Would you create a hole for it?

If it is side-to-side level ANY water will migrate equally and exit the hole. Any residual water will be of an insignificant quantity and will either evaporate or not be a problem.
