Buzzing A/C Unit
I been hearing a buzzing noise coming from my furnace in an attic when A/C is on...is this normal? Please see link video below.

You have two videos. The second one sounds fairly normal for the outside condenser.
What is the first video of ? Can't tell what it is from the video. Possibly a furnace in an attic ?

It could just be a relay buzzing. Usually as you move the camera the pitch and volume changes as you get closer or further from the source. I didn't hear that in your video.
Can you tell where the sound is actually coming from ?

The buzzing is very likely coming from the large transformer that is inside the box. The windings may have loosened on the transformer core, causing the buzzing. The buzzing shouldn't cause a problem other than the noise. Also, the transformer mounting may be loose and the transformer core is vibrating against the metal case.
