What is on the end of brand new evap coils?

My guy ordered a coil for out house and it arrived. He'll be installing it this weekend, but being a curious sort I poked around it. The end of the pipes seem to be soldered shut (liquid and suction lines)? Is that just solder melted on the end of the pipe or is it a copper end cap soldered on pipe? I didn't want to poke around it too much (still in the box) since it's supposed to already have something pressurizing it but I was just curious how they seal it up.

Sometimes the ends are pinched and soldered.
Sometimes there is a soldered on cap.
Some come with threaded fittings and screw in caps.
Some even come with rubber plugs in the pipe.

Thanks Pete. Out of all of those options the soldered on cap has to be it. It's just a really ugly cap I guess, haha! It looks like just solder on the end of the pipe hole!
