DIYer- ac duct design help

Ok. I bought a 28x66 mobile home. It needs work, a lot of work. Ac system was completely useless. I plan to put in a 4 ton split system. There are 10 ducts but the duct work is missing or plain old unusable.

I thought of running flex duct, but have no idea how or what I should do. Should i just run a 12 inch duct down one side and then run tee's with 6 inch flex duct to the registers?

Also on ebay people stress the fact that an ac unit is mobile home compliant. Does that matter? Or am I just worried about how the air flows and that it is correct for my mobile home?

12in would never handle 1600 cfm of air plus you really cant tie them together. You would need 18 metal duct to handle it.

Ok... Cheapest way to set this up?

Anyone have sites or eBay people to buy these supplies from?

Can I get away with one duct on the side of the house the ac unit is on then run all flex duct from that metal duct main to all registers?
