Capacitor Help
Where does a person get a capacitor for a Janitrol C/A outside unit and any idea how much they cost?

Capacitors are not really brand specific. Just look at the value(s) (may be a dual capacitor) and the voltage rating. Buy a capacitor that has the same mfd value(s) and equal or higher voltage rating. You can buy one on Amazon.com or possibly at a Graingers (if you have one nearby).

Most HVAC supply houses or even some combined appliance/hvac supply places will sell you one over the counter. They aren't making much off you, but are usually happy to help with non-sealed system parts. At least in my experience.
