Replaced PCB Fan speed doesnt seem right

content://media/external/file/9859

I had to replace my PCB due to it not kicking on the fan to circulate the air. I plugged everything back up the way it was before and it doesn't seem like the fan speed is correct. I know the black, red, and white wires control the fan speed. Is there a possibility the wires weren't plugged in the correct spots before? In the picture the black wire is disconnected because I was troubleshooting to see if the control board was the issue I had unplugged it to plug it directly into the safety switch to see if it would come one then. Which it did so I replaced PCB and it works now. Just doesn't seem like the speed is correct with AC running. Can I try switching wires around to see if it works? Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums.

Your picture didn't quite make it out of your computer. http://www.doityourself.com/forum/el...-pictures.html

You can swap wiring around. Make sure the neutral wire is connected properly and don't connect two speeds at the same time or the motor will burn up.
