Double wide A/C blowing warm on one side
I have a double wide. My ac froze up, so i turned it off for about an hour and then it started up when I turned it back on. But now only one side is blowing cold. It has been running for a couple hours with no change. I checked the crossover duct and it seems fine. There is still strong airflow coming out both sides, but one is cold and one is warm. It is very strange. I am not sure what to check next.
Any thoughts or ideas?
Thanks

Welcome to the forums.
If you only have one A/C system then it's nearly impossible for one duct to be blowing cold and another blowing warm.
The only possible thing I can think of is the warm duct is not fully insulated and it's getting hot when the A/c isn't running.

Thanks.
Yeah, I would think it would be impossible also. It doesn't make sense, but all the ducts on the side with the furnace are blowing cold, and all the ducts on the other side after the crossover are warm. I wouldn't say hot but warmer than the room temperature. What is really weird is yesterday they were fine. All last week it was 100 degrees out and they were working fine.
My only thought now is that it is not cooling enough and the cold air is all going down the one duct? I am not sure if that is feasible either.

I can't imagine what could possibly change. All ductwork tied together should be delivering the same temperature air or close to it.
The cold air can't decide which duct to come out of. Are you sure you are getting the same airflow out of the warm side..... same pressure ?

Yes.
Thanks for the help, and sorry for the delayed reply. But, shortly after the fan burned out and I decided just to replace the unit. Everything is working correctly now. Still no idea how the original issue could happen.
