New Bryant system need to verify filter size

I just had a new central AC system installed.

The inside air handler is a Bryant FB4CNF024L00 and the outside unit is a Bryant 114CNA024.

I thought the unit would come with one new filter, but it didn't.

The air handler removed is a Rheem RBHC-14J06SFD. It has a filter that's 12.75"X21"X1" ACTUAL dimensions. So they took that half way dirty filter and put into the new Bryant filter slot and it seems to kind of fit, although to me it seems kind of loose. The installer said that's a good size and to order 12.75X21X1 filters.

I went through the installation and operating manuals, and no where it says what filter size to use. I went to Bryant's web site and couldn't find anything either.

Finally I called Carrier and their customer service told me the correct filter size is 13X21.5. I asked her if this is nominal or actual, she said she doesn't know, she is just reading off a screen. I asked what about the depth, is it 1" nominal 3/4" actual? She said "most likely". When I measured the depth/thickness of the filter slot, it's about 1-1/4" so it seems fairly thick.

Where would I find out what size (ACTUAL) filters I need?

Filter kit is listed as KFAFK0112SML - Could buy at https://www.amazon.com/Bryant-Carrie.../dp/B008D7QN30

According to this site https://www.discountfilters.com/air-...-pack/p110137/ : 13 x 21½ x 1" nominal size, 13 x 21 1/2 x 7/8" actual size
