Per a couple A/C techs who have checked out my problematic HVAC furnace, my blower motor is failing at sporadic/random times and causing my system to freeze up. So I need to replace my blower motor. I'd like to do it myself, but I'm not sure what sites are reputable for replacement parts. I just need the blower motor itself. It's a Lennox model # SL280UH070V36A-01. Can anyone advise a good online site/dealer to pick one up? I just replaced a french made pump after 9 months of service and replaced it with a Diveritech Mini ClearVue. Issue is this. the old pump got hot and overheated, why I am not sure. The new pump is now installed 120v it works fine but..... Its always hot even when not running. The old pump did the same thing. I bypassed the Alarm and saftey shut off on both pumps and have it wired directly to 120. I do not see why the pump is hot. This particular pump is dual voltage 120/240. If wired to my daikin ctxs07lvju will power only be applied to the pump when the AC is on? I don't understand why the pumps are getting so hot while not running. The previous pump got so hot the stickers melted off of it. I hope this question is not too advanced for this forum. Thanks ahead of time. T- Because Ted is too damn long to type.
