Installing new thermostat

A single friend of my wife's who lives far from us has a furnace thermostat problem. She bought a new thermostat because she thought she needs one. The wires from the furnace are labeled W, G, RH(a red wire), and a blue wire with no label. The thermostat has receptors labeled B, O, G, Y, W, RC, and R with a jumper connecting the RC and R receptors. She does not know which receptors to use for each of the wires. Does this tell you enough to know how to connect it. She could not tell from the instructions. The thermostat is a Honeywell rth2300/rth221. Any help you can give her will be greatly appreciated.

The blue wire with no label is most likely a Y to connect the outside air conditioner. If she doesn't have a/c then a call to a HVAC tech is in order.

Then W and G go to W and G. RH goes to R keeping the jumper in place..
