Welcome to the forums.
We'll need more information than that.
Is this a heat pump system with electric backup heat ?
If not.... please describe what it is.
You posted in the thermostat section but it doesn't sound like a thermostat problem. You can remove the thermostat from the sub base to eliminate it.

You electric furnace has a timer/relay called a sequencer. When activated it turns the fan on.... then the electric coil. When deactivated the electric coil is shutdown and then after cool down.... the fan is shut off. It probably needs replacement. Post the model number for the electric furnace/air handler.

You have a packaged heat pump unit..... everything outside..... correct ?
If you are going to be working on it.... you need to know what you are working on.
Manual.... GPH1330H41.pdf
On that same ID tag.... see if there is an additional number, maybe written in marker, like 10-HKRC. That may use a time delay relay and not a sequencer. I need to find out what heat kit you have in there.

I'm not sure if it will help him.... it may confuse him.
Those are somewhat complicated units to work on.
