Carrier FX4DNF025 air not blowing

Hello,

I am having an issue with getting the air to blow. My outside unit seems to be working fine. However, my inside unit makes a quite humming noise when turned on.

I was told to manually check the fan wheel. It spins easy. Next, I was told to check the capacitor. This is where I get stuck. I can't seem to find it. I just replaced the one outside, so I am somewhat familiar with what it should look like. Thanks for the help!

I don't see the cap in those pics. If it's a ECM motor it doesn't have a cap.

Your ECM X13 motor will not have an external run capacitor.

Installing a Genteq Evergreen X13 motor

Hello,

I am trying to install a NEW Genteq Evergreen X13 blower motor (230 volts, 1/3 HP).
My old motor is a Genteq X13 blower motor (230 volts, 1/3 HP), not Evergreen.
My HVAC unit is Carrier without a circuit board, just fan relay.

Can I just take out the cables from my old one, and plug it into my new one?

Old X13 taps:
1 - no program
2 - medium
3 - no program
4 - elec heat
5 - no program

New Evergreen X13 tap options:
1 - low speed
2 - med low speed
3 - med speed
4 - med hi speed
5 - high speed
