Mini-split placement

While I'm here getting trouble shooting advice on my boiler, might as well ask about my summer project.

The house is located in New Hampshire so I was entertaining installing g a multi split heat pump to cool and augment the oil fired boiler. Not sure how practical using it for heat up here is, still looking into that. Its just my GF and I so the second bedroom is used as an office so she can work from home when needed.

House is a 1100sf ranch. According to online calculatiors I need between 18,000 and 24,000 BTU total. The vaulted area and kitchen has windows over all the outside walls. The vaulted area and kitchen combined is about 500sf and the main bedroom is 200sf. My thoughts were either a 6+15k on locations 1&2 or a 6+6+12 for 1,2&3. Any I put on how far off base I am?

Mitsubishi MXZ units 3 zone 6 k for bedrooms and 12 for open area. 100% capacity down to 5 degrees. id try and get everything on an outside wall so you don't need pumps.

maybe even a MXZ-3C30 AND PUT AN 18K IN THE OPEN AREA TO GET SOME COOLING DOWN THE HALLWAY AND FOR KITCHEN LOAD.
