Central AC blower not working, works on heat only
UNIT IS ICP MODEL # WJA336000K000A1
so far I have tried some basic tests as follows
Fan on system off = no blower fan
AC on Fan auto = no blower fan
Heat on fan auto = blower works
thermostat seems to be functioning correctly but i put another in and had the same issue.
inside unit made sure all connection were tight and nothing looked out of place, I dont think this unit has a control board from what I could see ..
the fan wires are labeled and connected as follows
BLACK, fan Hi.. not connected to anything has a cap on it
RED , fan Med connected to a white wire
BLUE, fan low , connected to 2 green wires.
run cap replaced by someone else and Im not sure if its wired correctly...
can the cap be partially bad?
i see no relays or where connect after the wires leave the box.. not sure if i can upload pictures but Ill try

Cap probably not the problem. Take the cap off of the black wire. Remove the red wire from the white wire and connect white to black, Let us know.

We definitely need pictures. Your blower wire colors are very strange.
Green is never usually used for power.
Looks to be a packaged unit but I can't find any technical info on it.

my only guess is both hi and med speed are burned out on the blower motor, its a 1/2 hp 1/230 volt x-13... seems to be expensive to replace.. over $300.
if Im missing something please let me know, there is no control board
the relays on the far left seem to be for the heat strips ..
thanks

If the fan motor runs in the heat mode then the motor would be fine, any wiring Dia. on the cover that you could send a pic of?

That is sure a different setup, I would expect to see a relay controlled by the Tstat to control the IFM don't see any in those drawings, will the fan start if you jump RG at the Stat?

my guess is that the high speed on the motor burned out, some one switched it to Med speed and capped the black wire.. now the med speed burned out only leaving low working on heat...
i dont want to replace the motor if that isnt the problem..

Have you tried measuring the resistance across the 1000 Ohm resistor shown in the diagram?
I'm sure that the resistor is much cheaper than an ECM X13 motor.

Im not sure, after I didnt see a control board or set of relays I came here for help.. I think the relays to the far left are for the heat strips, the heat works and the blower works for heat (low speed)..

Problem still not solved..
I thought I had the property sold as-is so I stopped working on the unit, deal fell through so Im back at it...
Recently I tried replacing the large relay , checked the thermostat wires from the unit into the house for continuity and tried hooking the low speed wire from the heat (the blower works on heat) into the ac wire, nothing worked..
this unit has the x-13 module replaced in 9/2016 with updated one F-?? (I forgot to write it down)
anyway.. i dont know what else to check and I dont see the resistor in the unit that is shown in the diagram.. no loose wires..
the ac transformer seems to be working as I have 24 volt to the pins inside at the thermostat
i took apart and reconnected the wires in the wire nuts to make sure they connections were good..
any other suggestions are appreciated..
thanks

Sounds like you still have something wrong with your ECM control module. You would need to give us a bit more info on the replacement module you had put in. Motor is "probably" ok. Here is a "generic" trouble shooting guide for you to study.

Edit: link doesn't work. Google " x13 module troubleshooting " scroll down to ecm service guide - Genteq
Quite a few you tube videos on this too.

the replacement is an FM19 , manuf date 9/10/16 from the "dealer toolbox dot com
motor i cant see the model but its a genteq says date code E14V (I assume its from 2014)
the AC unit itself is from 2010
can anyone recommend an on line site where I can order replacements.. from what I have found the pair is 379 to $450 and they have the older x13 module
seems insanely expensive for stuff Ill guess was made in mexico
