Concensation on refigerant line

I have noticed that the refrigerant line between the AC unit and the furnace is dripping on the floor as it goes from the all where the pipes enter to hose to the furnace. Not much but enough for several stains on the fllor along the 25ft run.

This is on the 1st floor AC. I don't see any dripping from the second floor AC pipes that follow almost the same path. THe second floor AC is the one that can't keep up in the summer heat.

DO I just need to reinsulate the line?the insulation is high densty foam and looks to be in good shape. what are other pssibilities? Perhaps the humidity in the basement is too high?
