AC runs constantly - thermostat issue
I have a Lenox air to air heat pump system. During the winter when it was 30-40 degrees outside, my heater would run constantly. I had the thermostat at 66 and my heater seems to be heating to that but runs constantly. The same thing happens with the But I've noticed for example, I'll have my AC set at 68 degrees. My unit will run constantly and the thermostat will say that it's 68 degrees in my house. If I turn the AC to 70, my AC will shut off for a few minutes and then my thermostat will say it's 72 in my house and kick back on and run and run. It does the same thing when I have it on heat. I'm assuming it's the thermostat which is also Lenox. Does anyone have any better ideas for a replacement? Or what might be wrong with mine. Thanks

Sounds like the stat is working ok. What is the model # of the stat? Is this the first time this has happened?
