[left]Our home has 2 HVAC units recently it we made the decision to upgrade to new ecobee thermostats. We did not have a c wire so we followed the PEC installation instructions. Our downstairs thermostat works great with new install however our upstairs one stopped working after about 30 minutes. We first ruled out a problem with the thermostat it works so that’s not the problem. I thought maybe it was the wiring so I rewired to change the HVAC wiring from a 4 wire to a 5 wire but still no luck. It is a Payne unit and I cannot see any fuses at the disconnect. Any advice would be appreciated. [/left]

[left]system is 3 years old- Rheem. Fan works fine. Outside compressor not turning on. Circuit is not tripped. On the thermostat next to cool it says “low”. Never seen that before. Floor is all wet around HVAC. Condensate pump has green power light on, but didn’t confirm if it’s working or not yet. If that’s the cause, would ac compressor not turn on?? Maybe a safety shutoff or something. There’s a code inside the access panel, looks like “hp” or “d4”. Depending on which way I look at it. Called the 24 hour service (company that installed system) yesterday around 6PM and they never called back. [/left]
