Iíve vacuumed out my AC drain pipe on the outside I noticed it was making a loud kind of gurgling noise is it normal

Yes the gurgling can result from vacuuming a drain line but water damage can also result from this.

If pouring water into the drain line near the P-trap is not a good option you can turn off the AC after running it for 15 to 20 minutes and it will usually prime the trap.

Normall operation will usually also cycle off the AC in this amount of time and prime the trap.
